Would you like to help maintain our web site? Do you like 'surfing the net'? We could use help to support and maintain this Ann's Choice web site. You don't have to be a programmer and we will teach you how to do it. A new class is forming now. Let us know. Call Bob at 215-675-1963 to give it a try.
We have a new story from our resident, Dave Jones, called THE POTION, on the Resident Writings page about baseball in Warminster. Take a look.
We are now posting pictures and the results of our Olympic competition. They are all on 2017 Olympics.
There are Internet sites that offer free learning videos. Take a look.
Check out the HUMOR and BUY/SELL sections.
The Medical Center is in the process of moving to a new medical records system. Please refrain from using the patient portal at this time. Once the new system is up and running, a new patient portal will be made. More information will come soon!
Contact the Medical Center for assistance - 215-443-3850.
There is a new health portal being built on the Internet for the residents of Ann's Choice to use. Using this portal, you can see the results of your lab tests, make appointments to see your doctor at the medical center, refill prescriptions, send a message, and a lot more.
Because this is very personal information, you MUST have a password to get on this site.
In order to get a password, you MUST have an email address. If you don't have one, and are not comfortable getting one, contact one of the residents listed below for help.
Once you have an email address, you will contact the medical center and you can do this in one of three ways. You can simply visit the center and they will provide the password. You can call them (215-443-3850) and give them your email address and they will send a password to you. Or, you can send an email to the Center at Dawn.firstname.lastname@example.org asking for your password (include your resident number) and they will send an email back to you with your password.
Turnaround time is about 48 hours.
Click on the big red medical sign above, and you will come to a page that looks like this.
Enter your email address and new password into the boxes and hit enter. **IMPORTANT** - you must enter your password exactly as it was given to you. Make sure your caps button isn't on unless needed. If you get the message "Invalid sign on or password" please try again making sure everything is spelled correctly. If you cannot get past this, give one of the contacts below a call for help.
Once you have signed in, you will see the following page. Click on 'New Portal'.
When you click 'New Portal', you will come to a page that looks like this. You are there! You can now see your lab results (click Chart Summary), make an appointment, etc.
For help with accessing the health portal or using the functions on the site, please don't contact the medical center (they are somewhat busy) unless you cannot get satisfaction from one of the residents listed below.
TRY THEM FIRST.
