ANN’S CHOICE LOW VISION GROUP.
The Ann’s Choice Low Vision Group meets the second Friday of each month in the
Village Music Room at 11:00 am. The purpose is to assist residents with vision problems.
The assistance is in the form of demonstrations of the latest equipment, speakers on low vision, and sharing of experiences.
The next meeting will be Friday, July 14 at 11:00 am
in the Village Music Room.

Ann’s Choice Wellness Department is dedicated to the instruction and support of a wellness lifestyle that allows residents to achieve good physical, mental and spiritual health while aging successfully.
The Wellness Department provides professional staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and wellness opportunities to help maintain and foster independent exercise for healthy, active living!
We welcome all residents, regardless of fitness level or ability. We especially encourage those who have never exercised to try it, and we certainly welcome those who have been previously active in an exercise routine to join us. Our professional staff will help you customize a program that is right for you.

Pool and Hot Tub Rules
Please contact the Fitness Center Staff at 215-443-3838 for any questions regarding pool use. (Monday -Friday: 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
Residents should sign in on the clipboard to the left of the pool entrance and include any guests. Residents must accompany guests and remain in the pool area for the duration of the visit.
The Pool and Hot Tub (Spa) Rules are posted on the wall inside the pool area to the right of the entrance. Please review them before using the pool.
Bundle Package Classes
Take an unlimited number of these classes for $15 a month
Aqua Tone: 45-minute pool workout which uses water -resistance to raise your heart rate, work muscles and build endurance. This upbeat class uses motivational music, moves and aquatic equipment to maximize your workout time in the pool. No swimming experience needed. Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00-10:45 a.m. in the Pool.
Arthritis Aquatics: 45-minute pool class which focuses on muscle strength and joint range of motion. No swimming experience needed. Thursday from 10:00-10:45 a.m. in the Pool.
Water Walking: Take a break from gravity with this pool class! Move virtually pain free while exercising for good posture and balance. Tuesday from 10:00-10:45 a.m. in the Pool.
Balance - Mind Body: 45-minute upbeat, yet relaxing class for those worried-well who would like to improve their current balance confidence. Using a combination of seated and standing gentle exercises of Tai Chi and Yoga movements to build strength and enhance flexibility. The class ends with relaxation and meditation to balance mind with body. Best for those who can walk and stand unassisted. Location: Liberty Commons Clubroom
Sit-N-Cize: Have fun and move to a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Chairs will be used for seated or standing support. Locations: Tuesday: Liberty Commons Clubroom; Thursday: Keystone Music Room
Chair Kickboxing: A cardio-conditioning class that uses the combination of karate and boxing movements. Chairs will be used for seated or standing support. Location: Liberty Commons Clubroom.

Tai Chi: Gentle and graceful movements are used to reduce the stress of today's busy life and improve health. Movements can be modified for residents who need to remain seated. Contact Story Biddle, Instructor, at 215-357-0215. Location: Liberty Commons Clubroom.
Gentle Yoga: Relax, increase energy and overall health, while improving flexibility, muscle tone, balance and coordination. Strong emphasis will be placed on proper form and breathing. Modifications will be provided to all fitness levels. Contact Tiffany Fite, Yoga Instructor, at

Line Dancing: Enjoy a fabulous mind-body work out while dancing your way to better health! Boost your brain power, improve your memory skills, strengthen your bones, develop better balance and release stress so you feel great. Men’s Fitness: Exercise for just the guys ! Classes will be every Tuesday at 8 a.m. and Friday at 9 a.m. Location: Liberty Commons Clubroom. Please call the Fitness Center to register for your 6-week session at 215-443-3838.
Women's Circuit: Exercise for just the ladies that focuses on total body conditioning and strength training. Classes will be every Friday at

Brains & Balance: For those who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable. $10 for a 6-week session. Two classes held. One session is held every Tuesday and another session held on Thursday. No cross over days allowed. Registration and pre-screening REQUIRED! Call the Fitness Center to register.
Erickson Basic Balance Class: Admittance to the program is determined on the results of a balance baseline test. If accepted, the program is 10 weeks long and consists of 16 education and exercise classes. Registration for pre-assessment baseline balance testing can be made at the Fitness Center. There is a $50 charge for baseline balance test and if accepted into the program there is an additional $50 charge is not a member of Erickson Advantage Insurance.
