YMCA and Ann’s Choice Survey

Ann’s Choice and the Warminster YMCA are exploring the possibility working together to provide residents with a wider array of fitness classes, which would be held here in the community, or nearby at the Warminster Y.  At this point, our conversations are purely exploratory, however as part of that exploration, we would like to determine the interests of our residents  To that end, surveys were distributed in cubbies this week.  Please complete this anonymous survey and drop it in one of the blue and green wrapped boxes located near the front desk in each clubhouse.

If you prefer, you may also complete the survey electronically:

If you have any questions, would like the electronic link sent to you via email, or if you require an additional copy of the survey, please contact Colleen at 215-443-3890.
