Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

 
In the event that your physician recommends therapy services, Ann’s Choice can assist with coordinating those services with Ann’s Choice for Outpatient Rehabilitation Services. Outpatient Rehab is located on the Terrace level of Lewis Pointe in the Liberty Commons Neighborhood. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call the Outpatient Rehabilitation Office.
