The General Services Department (GSD) includes Resident Services (transportation, security, communications & housekeeping) and Facilities Management (maintenance, engineering, grounds keeping, project management and apartment refurbishment & re-occupancy).
A significant part of the responsibility of General Services includes the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the interior and exterior of all buildings, plant systems and grounds of our community. We have approximately 150 committed and dedicated coworkers who work every day to keep Ann’s Choice beautiful and provide our residents with the highest level of service possible.
