Absence from Ann's Choice
Building Designations
Clubhouse Dress Code
Courier Service
Q: If I’m away from Ann’s Choice for a period of time, do I get a reduction in my monthly fee?
A: You must be away for at least 11 consecutive days to get a non-occupancy credit. On the eleventh day of absence, a credit of $14.00/day for a single person and $22.00/day for the second person will be applied to your bill. There is no separate provision at this point for a meal credit. That was part of the rationale for offering a 20-meal plan along with the monthly plan.

Appropriate attire is expected in the Clubhouse for all residents, employees, visitors and guests. Please be sure that you and your guests wear shoes and a shirt while in the public areas on campus. If you are returning from a swim, please wear shoes or sandals and an appropriate cover-up as you pass through the public areas of the buildings.
To assure an atmosphere of decorum, neatness, good grooming, self respect and consideration of fellow residents’ sensibilities, ‘smart casual’ attire such as: slacks, corduroy pants, shirts with a collar (long/short sleeved dress shirt, polo shirt, etc.), turtleneck sweaters, skirts, blouses, dresses, dress pants, or dress jeans is expected in our restaurants, including Banners. In each of our restaurants, residents, guests and visitors should not wear shorts (Bermuda shorts no greater than 1” above the knee are permissible May through September only). Please refrain from wearing the following unsuitable attire: short shorts, tank tops, spaghetti strap or halter tops, beach shoes, e.g., flip flops, athletic wear, torn jeans and night or loungewear. Hats should not be worn in the restaurant, unless needed for medical or cultural reasons. Shoes or foot coverings are expected at all times for all residents, visitors and children.
Anyone not appropriately attired will not be seated or served.
